Join us for the inaugural Latino Leadership Roundtable, an exclusive event organized by the Latino Corporate Network DC. This event is designed to bring together Latino Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) from various organizations to share insights, discuss challenges, and co-create future programming that will drive professional growth and leadership excellence.

Agenda Highlights:

  • Welcome and Introduction: Overview of the event's objectives and significance.
  • Interactive Workshop: Facilitated discussions where ERG leaders and members can share their experiences and ideas.

               Objective 1: Identifying Key Challenges for Latino ERGs

               Objective 2: Best Practices and Success Stories

               Objective 3: Future Programming Needs and Ideas (specifically HHM programming)

  • Feedback Collection: Gathering input on desired future learnings and programming.
  • Networking: An opportunity to connect with peers, share experiences, and celebrate achievements in a relaxed setting.
